Our new SUPERTAP ECO-LINE dowel lifts are made of the same high quality polyurethane and are characterized by the most extreme high abrasion resistance performance that the industry offers, but now it comes with a special additive to make our product BIO DEGRADABLE* by bacteria under certain specified conditions in controlled waste landfill sites
This new dowel lift has our own steel pin of 3.10 mm (0.12 inches) especially designed to avoid rotation, breakage and accidental extraction when walking.

SUPERTAP GOLD PINS
SUPERTAP dowel lifts are made of high quality polyurethane and are characterized by the most extreme high abrasion resistance performance that the industry offers.
SUPERTAP manufactures its own steel pin of 3.10 mm (0.12 inches) especially designed to avoid rotation, breakage and accidental extraction when walking. Our standard material thickness of only 6.5 mm does not alter the position of the original level of the heel and as a consequence of the shoes.

SUPERTAP THIN PINS
This new line of dowel lifts with a thinner pin of 2.45 mm (0.10 inches) in diameter and a material thickness of 6.5 mm has the same SUPERTAP quality and is specially designed for Asian/Chinese heels.
The THIN PIN Top Lifts are packaged in small boxes of 50 pairs and carton boxes of 900 pairs per size.

This new FLEXPIN dowel lift with a standard diameter of 2.95 mm (0.115 inches) has the usual superior SUPERTAP durability. The new hollow pin is especially design to fit high-end stiletto heels of the like of Jimmy Choo® and Christian Louboutin® and will adapt to any rigid metal tube inside the heels.

SUPERTAP SOFT STEP HEEL PINS
SUPERTAP Soft Step is a very soft version (Shore 85A) maintaining the excellent quality and abrasion resistance of SUPERTAP but at the same time offering more comfort, more grip and a noiseless walk.
It is also ideal for cold weather.
This line is made of mono-component TPU providing longer softness throughout the life of the top lift avoiding the problems of the two layer lifts where the softer layer wears off faster leaving only the hard layer.
WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED TO COMBINE INCREDIBLE SOFTNESS WITH THE HIGHEST ABRASION RESISTANCE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

SUPERTAP SOFT STEP WHITE-DOT PINS
SUPERTAP Soft Step White-Dot is a soft line of elegant heel pins (Shore 85A) maintaining the excellent quality and abrasion resistance of SUPERTAP, but at the same time offering more comfort, more grip and a noiseless walk. It is also ideal for cold weather.
This line is made of a soft TPU providing longer softness throughout the life of the top lift molded around a harder column of white TPU (Shore 97A) providing softness where there is contact of heel and ground surface, and a stronger structure support to the whole heel pin provided by the white compound.
COMBINES INCREDIBLE SOFTNESS WITH HIGHEST ABRASION RESISTANCE IN THE MARKET AND STRONG IMPACT STURDINESS. IN OTHER WORDS, THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.

SUPERTAP STAR PINS
The Orange Star is visible throughout the life of the top lift (during the wear-off walking process) for better and easier customer recognition and identification of SUPERTAP high quality.
These top lifts are characterized by the usual SUPERTAP high performance with excellent abrasion resistance. In addition, they are very comfortable and clean to trim for the cobbler. In fact, if the top lifts are trimmed in a grinding wheel they will not melt.

Extra thin 1.15 mm profile half-soles for better comfort and perfect adaptation to leather shoe soles.
Made of 100% polyurethane to match the resistance and longevity of thicker rubber protective half-soles.
Special thin heat-sealed fabric backing with NO NEED TO GRIND like in rubbers.

These soling ROLLS are made of 100% high quality polyurethane with heat-sealed fabric backing that there is no need to grind.
The rolls are 14 cm wide (5 1/2 inches) and very thin profile of only 1.15 mm.
Sold in 25 meters per roll (2 rolls per carton box) and allow custom made cuts for more efficient use of the material. Besides, the material is easy to cut and contour even with scissors.

SUPERTAP ROLLS / DURAROLLS
Soling ROLLS are made of 100% high quality polyurethane with a very thin profile of only 1.15 mm.
Best results with polyurethane based glues but can be bonded with any regular shoe repair glue (Neoprene glue) and no need to grind the special and unique heat-sealed fabric backing.
The rolls are 14 cm wide (5 1/2 inches) and sold in 25 meters per roll (2 rolls per carton box) and allow custom made cuts for more efficient use of the material. Besides, the material is easy to cut and contour even with scissors.
Our ROLL material is extensively used in the ORTHOTICS field for different custom made applications such as but not limited to build up bottom of shoes, protect the toes or other foot areas if a person drags the foot, walking canes with a larger bottom, regular canes, and all other applications where high abrasion resistance is needed.

SUPERTAP HEEL SHEETS
Supertap SOFT and HARD SHEETS are made of 100% high abrasion resistant Supertap quality polyurethane (PU) with minimal use of plasticizers. It is a one piece polyurethane material since no leather or rubber layer is used as backing support. Its completely straight surface allows optimal glue bonding and the material does not melt when trimming.
The sheet has a special thin heat sealed fabric backing chemically treated for excellent bonding.
The top surface has a NON-SLIPPERY pattern of molded logos.
Supertap SOFT SHEET combines incredible softness (85 A) with the highest abrasion resistance available in the market offering a more comfortable and noiseless walk with more grip. It is also ideal for cold weather. Supertap HARD SHEET (95 A) provides more firmness to the heel especially in situations where there are hollow heels avoiding a softer sheet to bend inwards and detaching from the shoe heel.
Best results with POLYURETHANE GLUE, bonds also with shoe repair neoprene glue or cyanoacrylate glue.
There is NO NEED TO GRIND the sheet for gluing.
